Octoberfest, no food for the hungry...
We went to town today and we were going to grab dinner at Cafe Christa ( Austrian and German fare) but when we got there we realized ... Oh yeah it's Octoberfest... the town was PACKED... no parking... ANYWHERE! I remember why we stay home during festival weekends...haha! So we went to the grocery store instead... got all the makings for a mean chili tomorrow and grabbed some chinese food for dinner instead...We are going to watch that Robin Williams movie "RV" tonight over chinese...hehe!
I took this picture in town going by Tinderhof Motor Inn just because thier flowers still look sooooooooo good... mine are already starting to die ;( how do they do it... I think it's colder where we live at night and ours die faster..... awwww life.... Well time to get in my comfy's and get ready for movie night... Peace.... G

Don't ya hate that? Last weekend, hubby and I were going on a dinner "date" (my parents were in town and were watching the kids) and it was homecoming night, so everywhere (well, okay, Olive Garden and Outback!) was packed! We ended up going to a new little sushi joint instead. It was busy but definitely not crowded... and there wasn't any wait-time either.
