Down 10 and happy!

Oh yeah one more thing...... on the scale of 1 to 10... I am down 10.8 pounds... still doing my weight watchers... 2nd week on the flex points now... WOOT! Might be hard in Vegas but will get back on the day I get home... Here comes summer! :) Peace~ G

Spring has sprung.....

Well Ryan (yes that smilin' lad in the pic) is now a licensed driver in the state of Washington... hmmm ... yup he thinks he has a ticket on the freedom train... ! Now he is lookin into buying himself a car/truck... awww isn't life grand!
So how is my crazy family? I miss you all!
Spring is finally springing... yay!!!!! I wasn't sure if I could take another dreary day of winter... I must say SUNSHINE is a GOOD thing!
We leave on vacation on Sat... we are leaving the dogs and cats home...teeheehee! Pam is house sitting for us... isn't she in for a surprise... sure hope she doesn't mind Sammy snuggling up to her at night... he likes to sneak in the bed ...
Beka has started up softball season again.. that means practice 2 to 4 days a week then games and tournaments on weekends and Wed night....pictures coming soon...
Ryan finally got tired of his long locks and had me take him in and cut it off... yes it was his idea not moms! I must say he looks quite handsome!
Josh and I are doing well in between being taxi's for the kids... well hmmm Ryan can pick up his sister from practice too... mom just smiled ;)
I know I haven't been posting as much... life has been kinda busy ... but we are happy, healthy and doing well...

New Me coming soon.....

Well I've been sticking to my weight watchers flex points plan and I am surprised at how easy it has been... amazingly simple to follow and the pounds are starting to drop... woot!
Just thought I would post up.... say hi to you all and life is good ... today is a sunny beautiful day and I can see all the puddles (they are only pretty as they mean the snow is melting, finally) spring will be here soon... can I get a big YEEEEHAW!
Ryan cleaned the inside of my subaru yesterday and what a HUGE difference... I hate all the winter muck! This weekend we are cleaning windows... yes siree I love spring!

The Big Comfy Couch and big screen tv

I just haven't blogged much in the last month or so... I think the winter blues not so sure... I am soooo ready for flowers and spring it's not even funny!

Well Josh bought his new 50 inch DLP/HD TV... (He is now a very happy man) soooo I bought a new couch, believe me it was needed, the furniture I have was only about 20 years old (not comfortable anymore believe me)... so we have watched a few movies snuggled up on the new couch now....

We are taking the kids on vacation ( a road trip) for spring break... a week on the road with two teenagers, aaaack are we crazy or what?! Since vacation is soooo spendy... we got a good deal on a package in Vegas when we were there so we have 3 nights for 99 dollars in a 1 bedroom suite... so we are driving (rental car) seeing any sights along the way (The salt flats) the Hoover Dam etc... and then taking them to all the kid friendly things in Vegas... Star Trek, Rides, Wax Museum, Shark Reef etc... should be fun... mostly I just want to make memories with them before they grow up and move away or go off to college...

Sure hope for lots of sunshine on our trip...sure could use it! Anyhoo... love you all... yes we are all still kicking.... will post more soon I promise! Peace ! G
